At Inner Bounty LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. Our refund policy is designed to facilitate a smooth and transparent process in case you need to return a product.

Returns:

If you’re unsatisfied with any product you purchased from us, you have up to 30 days from the purchase date to send it back to us for a refund (excluding shipping). Unused bottles will be accepted, with a limit of one bottle per return.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Once the inspection is complete, you will receive an email notification from us informing you of the status of your return and the disposition for your refund.

Approval Process:

All refund requests are subject to approval by Inner Bounty LLC. We carefully assess each return to ensure it meets our refund policy criteria.

Refund Procedure:

If your return is accepted, and a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process promptly, One refund per product per household will be accepted under our 30 day returns policy. The refunded amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 10 to 14 business days.

Amount of Refund:

The refunded amount will be equal to the purchase price of the product(s) returned and may not include return shipping.

Exchanges: All requested exchanges are subject to approval by Inner Bounty. We will only replace items if they are damaged or in the event of a known shipping error causing excessive delay or a misplaced shipment.
